ProWin® has been installed for Bandex, a woven tapes manufacturer, in their factories in Sulz-Röthis (Austria) and Manchester (UK). ProWin® is set up to control all stages of production, such as weaving, dyeing, printing etc. Both factories are connected online.
ProWin® offers the basis for the realization of a CIM strategy aiming at synchronizing the flow of information and material, overcoming interfaces and reducing superfluous redundancies. Moreover, it renders possible methods such as production scheduling, store planning and automated cost accounting.
With ProWin®, the system offers a better controllability and production processes may be repeated identically. Plenty of solutions arise for process visualization and simulation, specified for the individual requirements of a company.
